EVENT SAFETY

To ensure crowd and participant safety at the event, it is crucial to draft a safety plan which will respond to the central risks at the event.

The plan must be prepared by a professional with knowledge and experience in the following fields:

  • Crowd entry into the event prevents crowd pressure at the entry stage.
  • Crowd movement at the site to prevent crowd pressure at the site and collapse in the direction of the stage and other complexes at the site.
  • Event site planning
  • Crowd exit plan for the site.
  • Response to fire risks.
  • Providing a response to a range of emergencies at the event.

In addition to the safety plan, Guy Kedem Ltd. will include:

  • A civil engineer checks engineering structures set up on the site.
  • An electrical examiner’s report on electrical elements at the site.
  • A food safety manager’s check of all food to be served at the event.
  • Preparation of a movement plan by the traffic engineer.
  • Preparation of an accessibility and service plan and authorisations required by the authorities.

Our company’s services are unique from those usually found in Israel and are based on the methods accepted worldwide. Within this framework, the safety manager at the event will remain on site, managing the safety system. Professional advising of the production begins at the brainstorming stage while accompanying the production to its completion.
